Deadlines belong in Gmail and Outlook, not in another app

DeadlineFence is a sidebar for solo and small-pod transaction coordinators who already live in email. It reads Dotloop, Docusign, and broker notifications where they arrive, turns them into one dependency-aware checklist per file, and flags when a party has stalled.

Not another deadline tracker. Generic calendar apps and “never miss a deadline” suites already exist. This is a thin extraction layer that sits next to your inbox—so you don’t re-type dates into a second system that goes stale.

1

Parse the inbox you already have — Gmail and Outlook sidebar; fewer hops than opening a separate TMS-shaped product for dates alone.

2

One rolling checklist per deal — contingencies and dependencies tied to what actually landed in email, not a static template you copied on day one.

3

Stall signal — when a counterparty hasn’t advanced a dependency in ~48h, you see it before the file goes quiet.

Who it’s for: independent TCs and mini-pods supporting roughly 5–30 producing agents in resale, with budget authority for $29–99/mo tools. Pain we remove: silent slip on financing, inspection, and closing windows—because dates were scattered across threads and PDFs.

Optional: skip the line with paid priority access (Stripe Checkout). Same email as above — price is set in Stripe.

No spam. One list for early access. We’re validating inbox-native messaging before we ship product.
